1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, integrating via Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, or accessing the GeoSentinel 3D GIS platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Customers must strictly adhere to:

• Anthropic Acceptable Use Policy: Customers shall not use Claude foundation models or the GeoSentinel platform for unauthorized real-time biometric mass surveillance, weaponry design, or unlawful clandestine tracking.
• Lawful Telemetry: All tracked units and sensor meshes must possess lawful consent or authorized enterprise jurisdiction.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

GeoSentinel provides a 99.95% monthly uptime guarantee for Enterprise Scale tier subscribers covering our ingestion API, real-time geofence calculation engine, and MCP tool gateways.

4. Intellectual Property

All software architectures, Ray-Casting algorithms, 3D extruded rendering pipelines, and proprietary MCP tool abstractions are the exclusive intellectual property of GeoSentinel Inc. and YUYARIY Technologies.
